Trinity Reed City sent four runners to the Lutheran Schools State Championship on Sunday, October 18th. The race was held at Concordia University in Ann Arbor.

Reed City 8th grader Gus Rohde was the overall WINNER for the boys with a time of 11:59 for the two mile race. Aaron Allen finished 17th with a time of 13:24 and Paul Saladin was 27th with a time of 14:07. For the girls, Caelynn London was 26th with a time of 15:33. There were 126 participants in the boys' race and 101 in the girls' race.

All four of these runners, along with Trevor Burgess, MacLean Chatel, and Miriam Hunt were blessed to be able to run with the Reed City Middle School team throughout the season.

Gus is the second Reed City runner from Reed City to win the Lutheran Schools Championship and made it back to back years for the Panthers. Last year, Ryan Allen was the overall winner.

Congratulations to each of our runners on a great year!
