Tonight is the NIGHT! We invite everyone to come to an evening the whole family will enjoy! Our 7th & 8th graders are hosting their annual Valentine Dinner tonight from 5-7 p.m., at the school. After the dinner, from 7-8:30 p.m., we will host a dance for all to attend. A free-will offering will be taken at the dinner to help support their upcoming class trip.

No School! We will not have school on Friday & Monday, February 17th & 20th.

Boys' Basketball: Our A boys' lost their game last Thursday but won this past Monday. The B boys' lost their game this past Monday. The boys will play twice next week. Monday, February 13th both teams will pay at home vs. St. Peter's beginning at 5:30 p.m. Then on Thursday, the A team will play at St. Ann's starting at 5:30 p.m.

Birthdays ~ The only birthday for the week is Mark Thorstenson. There's no baptism birthdays this week.

Bake Sale: Preschool will be hosting our next bake sale which is Friday, February 24th (due to no school next Friday).

Prayer Families: Our prayer families for this week are Rachael & Heather VanSyckle & Warner & Abby Myntti. Please keep them and their families in your prayers.

Spring Pictures! Spring pictures are going to take place on Monday, February 27th. Picture order forms went home this week.

School Absences ~ Please make sure that you call the school office (832-5186) every time your child is out sick or going to be absent from school.

Basketball Camp! Forms for students to sign up for our basketball camp happening in June are now available! All students entering 4th - 8th grade are able to sign up! Make sure to tell all your friends to come!

Parking! Last week we received a visit from the Reed City Police informing us that they are going to start giving tickets to those who park in the handicap spaces in the side parking lot (west side). We are asking that all parents not park in that lot to pick up or drop off your children. For those of you who walk in with your children, please do not park on the south side of Church Avenue from the corner of Higbee to the ramp leading into the school. We want to keep that area open for those parents just dropping off their children in the morning.

5-8 Sing! On Sunday, February 26th our 5th - 8th graders will be singing in the 9:00 am worship service. Please make sure your children are at the church and ready to sing by 8:45 am. Thank you.

Have You Seen Our Facebook Page? Go to Trinity Lutheran School Reed City. Every week we add new auction items, so it is fun to see what is coming next. It is also a great place to go to ask questions or learn details about school events, etc.

We listened to what you said: Many people have said the price of auction tickets should be lower, so we are cutting the price in half - $25.00 per ticket! March 3, 5:00 p.m.

Needed ~ We are looking for a new or used water softener. If you have one, please contact Tom Latin or the school office. Thanks!

Awards! After chapel on Wednesday we presented awards to the students with great achievements in the 2nd quarter. They are as follows:
